Inquiry & Technical Review
This machine continuously reduces thick copper stock into fine wire gauges by pulling multiple strands simultaneously through a series of precision reduction dies. It utilizes integrated coolant systems to dissipate heat and grooved capstan drums with guiding pulleys to maintain synchronized tension and prevent snapping.

The highlighted component is a guide pulley / guide roller. It's function in this multi-wire drawing machine is to align each individual copper wire strand, maintain precise tension, and smoothly feed it into the next reduction die stage without friction or tangling.
Precision Finishing & Dispatch
wire processing units—such as continuous annealing towers, enameling machines, or vertical take-up spoolers—installed in a manufacturing plant. These vertical bays are typically used in later stages of wire production to heat-treat (anneal) the drawn copper to restore its ductility, apply insulating coatings, or cleanly wind the finished wire onto spools.
